Prevea welcomes neurologist, Dr. Omolara Lawal

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Omolara Lawal, a fellowship-trained and board certified neurologist now caring for adult patients at the Prevea Allouez Health Center, 1821 S. Webster Ave. in Green Bay. 

Dr. Lawal specializes in Parkinson’s disease, including skin biopsy testing for Parkinson’s diagnosis; tremor; dystonia, including Botox® treatment for dystonia; adult tic disorders; abnormal movements; memory concerns; gait problems; deep brain stimulation assessment and programming after surgery; and assessment for anti-amyloid therapies for cognitively impaired patients. 

“I believe putting the patient first is key to maintaining a good quality of life for my patients, which is something I strive for daily,” says Dr. Lawal. 

Dr. Lawal earned her medical degree from Lagos State University College of Medicine and completed her residency in neurology at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She completed fellowship training in movement disorders at the University of Maryland Medical Center and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
