The licensed physical and occupational therapist will evaluate and treat your musculoskeletal condition and will provide coordinated care with your primary care provider and/or other specialists. Rest assured, if symptoms aren't improving, the therapist will refer you to the appropriate provider.
Prior to your first appointment, our staff verifies with your insurance provider that no referral is needed. We recommend you do this as well. If a referral is needed, we will work with you to obtain this from an appropriate source. Some circumstances which may require written referral include:
