Our name is taken from a combination of the words prevention and panacea (a remedy for all diseases). With those words, our founders laid the groundwork for who we would become as an organization.

With more than  450 providers, along with 1,600+ skilled employees, we continually strive to improve the way our services are delivered to every patient, every day. We're as dedicated to preventing illness as we are to treating it, providing people with the resources they need to become strong advocates for their health and to assist in making decisions about their care.

Founded in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in 1996, Prevea Health is a health care organization that provides high-quality convenient, primary and specialty health care in 70+ locations across Northern and Eastern Wisconsin in clinic and hospital settings, along with onsite and nearsite locations in coordination with our Corporate Health and Wellness services. Prevea offers more than 60 specialties of care including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women's Care. And, accessing care is convenient for your schedule with MyPrevea; schedule same-day and next-day appointments online, check availability at Urgent Care, email your doctor on-the-go, schedule routine appointments, access most lab results, and more.

We partner with four Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) hospitals across Wisconsin to provide patients a system of highly-coordinated care, close to home: HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls.

Prevea uses one medical record system for all locations to ensure your care is coordinated and seamless. We accept most local insurance plans, provide price estimates and have convenient online bill pay.
