Carpal tunnel release

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition in the hand and wrist caused by excessive pressure on the median nerve in the wrist. Compression of the nerve typically causes numbness and tingling and may cause pain in the hand and wrist. Carpal tunnel release is a surgical procedure to reduce the pressure on the median nerve to alleviate symptoms.

Trigger finger

Trigger finger occurs with inflammation of tendons in your thumb and finger area. This can result in a popping or catching sensation while attempting to extend the finger from the palm. This procedure releases the pulley in the finger that blocks movement of the tendon which causes trigger finger.

Wrist arthroscopy

Wrist arthroscopy is a procedure used for diagnosing and treating problems inside the wrist joint. This procedure is usually done when there is pain in the wrist caused by tears, fractures or cysts, and can help relieve continual pain in the wrist.
