I believe each patient is the expert in their own experience. My goal is to meet each person where they are to hear and understand the unique attributes that make them who they are. Collaboration in the therapeutic setting is a powerful and needed process to making change. It is important to me that each patient feels safe and respected. I value empathy, safety and authenticity. The world can be a messy and scary place at times - my goal is to create an environment where rest and recovery can happen. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and believe, for me, living authentically is a demonstration of vulnerability. My hope is to sit with patients as they learn about their own authenticity - connecting vulnerably to the core of who they are."
