Accepting new patients
“
Watching my grandma go through physical therapy with her bilateral knee replacement and seeing how therapy helped her return to her optimal functioning showed me that compassionate care can get patients back on their feet with improved quality of life.
Putting the patient first is always my number one priority. It is important to me to develop a rapport with my patients so I can get to know them on a personal level and understand where they are coming from so I can help them succeed in returning to their prior level of function. I strive to educate my patients on their diagnosis and the reasoning behind any exercises. I make sure to establish an open line of communication so patients can get the most out of their therapy sessions. Together we will discuss goals and create a plan of care around their needs.
I am a 4-H Leader, member of the 4-H Alumni Association and I help out at the Sheboygan County Fair. I also teach Sunday School and am involved in various church committees.
In my free time I enjoy running, gardening, playing volleyball and raising beef cattle."
