Internal medicine allows me to offer the most complete medical care to all adults. I am interested in preventive medicine and specifically, how diet and exercise affect a person’s health.
I try to empower people to take charge of their own health and I guide them as needed. I follow the same diet and exercise advice that I give patients, in that I exercise for an hour four times a week. I consider myself fortunate that I have no illness which restricts my activities.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, cooking, running, participating in triathlons, martial arts, skiing and traveling.
