I believe one method does not fit all and I am flexible in my approach to accommodate my patient's needs. I also believe nature and nurture play a key role in everyone’s development; our past does not have to reflect who we want to be but plays a key role in how we present ourselves and function day-to-day. One thing my patients need to be aware of is our bodies hold onto a lot of emotions that we hold deep within us; being able to bring those feelings, thoughts, and emotions forward can help strengthen our natural resources and resilience. I will challenge my patients to do uncomfortable things to work through fears, worries and anxieties while being a supportive stakeholder in their lives. I keep conversations open and honest to build rapport and a healthy relationship with each patient."
