My philosophy of patient care is always meeting the client where they are at. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients can feel at ease to share and discuss their struggles. I remind my patients that progress is not always linear, and everyone's looks different. And just by showing up for yourself you are already making the biggest step of all. I take the time to always be in the moment with each patient because the little steps they make today, are the big steps of tomorrow."
