“
I decided to go into the field of physical therapy because it allows me to apply a breadth of medical knowledge, interact and help various individuals on a daily basis, educate others and promote healthy lifestyles. My philosophy on patient care is that each patient is a unique individual and deserves individualized, patient-specific care. What may be helpful and effective for one patient, may not be for the next patient, which is why patient-specific care is critical to physical therapy.
Patients can expect to feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for. Each patient has different needs and goals. Therefore, we will design a treatment to address each of these. Not only is a thorough exam and treatment important, but so is education. Each patient deserves to have their questions answered and learn more about their injury or condition.
When I'm not working, I enjoy weekends with family and friends up in northern Wisconsin fishing, swimming, water skiing and reading a good book. I also enjoy running and biking along the lake."
