GREEN BAY, Wis. – Prevea Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Fazal Raziq, a board-certified and fellowship-trained critical care and pulmonary medicine physician now caring for patients at the Prevea Allouez Health Center, located at 1821 S. Webster Ave., Green Bay. 

As a critical care and pulmonary medicine physician, Dr. Raziq specializes in treating patients with serious illnesses and breathing issues. His key services include general pulmonary medicine; adult critical care; airway stents; tunneled pleural catheter placement; tracheostomy placement; general pulmonary medicine and adult critical care. He provides care for critical care patients at Prevea Health's partner hospitals in Green Bay, HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center.

Dr. Raziq also specializes in advanced pulmonary diagnostics including endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) and transbronchial needle aspiration; the diagnosis and treatment of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, pneumonia and lung cancer. 

“I believe in providing patient-centered care that is individualized to each patient based on their unique expectations and needs,” said Dr. Raziq.

Dr. Raziq earned his medical degree at King Edward Medical University, Pakistan. He completed residency in internal medicine and fellowship-training in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Raziq is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and pulmonary diseases.
