Primary care services that follow you through all stages of life

If you’re looking for a primary care provider, or PCP, Prevea Health has family medicine locations, physicians and providers throughout eastern Wisconsin, including rural areas. Our goal is to provide family medicine services at a health center located close to you, so your physician or provider is nearby when you need them.

We have your mental health needs covered, with psychiatric assessment and medication management available for children and adults of all ages.

Minor office procedures

Many medical procedures can be done in our offices, including joint injections, skin lesion and mole removal and biopsy, cryotherapy, incision and drainage of Bartholin cysts and skin abscesses, toe nail removal and more.

Preventive medicine

By focusing on preventive medicine and keeping you well, our goal is to keep you doing what you love. Routine medical care like health screenings and immunizations have been proven to help people feel better, live longer and avoid health care problems in the future.

Women’s care

Family medicine providers care for women’s unique needs like Pap smears, colposcopy, cervical cryotherapy, endometrial biopsy, contraception management - including insertion and removal of IUDs and Nexplanon™ - and pregnancy care up to 28 weeks.
