Wednesday, Jan. 8 - Proper fueling for soccer players 

Fuel your body for success with Deb Guenterberg, Prevea Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, in this key session for soccer players. Discover the best ways to nourish yourself before, during and after training or game day. Deb will dive into the science of nutrition, helping you understand when, what and how to eat and drink to maximize performance. Get ready to energize your game and unlock your full potential! 


Wednesday, Feb. 5 - Mental health for soccer players 

Supporting young athletes goes beyond physical training—mental health is just as crucial. Join Lisa Tutskey, Prevea Behavioral Care Specialist, for an empowering session that focuses on the mental well-being of children and adolescents. Learn about the importance of connection, understanding emotional responses and how to foster resilience in young athletes. Through trauma-informed care, Lisa will provide valuable insights to help young players cope with challenges and thrive both on and off the field.
