Spring Training Clinic will focus on the many variables associated with proper throwing and hitting mechanics for baseball and softball players, along with prevention techniques to keep players healthy throughout the season. The intended audience is youth and college athletes, parents and coaches.

This free clinic is baseball and softball specific for athletes of all ages. The speaker’s diverse background will provide you with insight and ideas to take back to your school and team.
 

The seminar will include:

  • A research discussion on common injuries with overhead athletes.
  • Information about proper throwing and hitting mechanics for baseball and softball players.
  • Instruction on setting up proper performance training programs for baseball and softball players.
  • An open discussion with parents, players and coaches on how to work together to keep their athletes healthy.
