An Update on Prevea’s Western Wisconsin Operation
Categories:
COVID-19
As COVID-19 cases continue to decline across the country, and spring break nears, many may be planning for international travel.

According to travel search engine, Kayak, there are countries “open with restrictions,” which means their borders are open to visitors who are fully vaccinated and/or can provide a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result, and/or will require quarantine upon arrival. The U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs provides specific information about restrictions in each country on its website, here.

For those traveling to a country requiring a negative COVID-19 test from a health care provider upon entry, Prevea Health has appointments available for pre-travel antigen COVID-19 testing at locations across Wisconsin. Appointments are required and can be made through MyPrevea at www.myprevea.com or the MyPrevea app. If you do not already have a MyPrevea account, you can create one at no cost and then follow the prompts for COVID-19 testing.

Pre-travel antigen testing results will be ready within 24 hours and can be viewed on and printed from the patient’s MyPrevea account.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been recently exposed to the virus, please schedule a PCR test through our community testing via MyPrevea.
